About The Network
Started in April 2023 by David Van Lochem and Karen Bouez, both People Analytics Experts with diverse and rich backgrounds in HR, consulting, Tech and Data. The idea was to create a community around People Analytics that was inexistent in the UAE and the region. With the rise and disruption in HR, the People Analytics field is growing in importance and we must provide the proper guidance and empowerment to navigate through this evolution and help our community succeed in their fields.
